Terms of Service

1. Service description

The Zendesk Health Check Tool ("the Service") is provided by Kilted Consultant Ltd (SC787308). The Service analyses your Zendesk configuration via read-only API access and produces a scored health report.

2. Read-only access

The Service connects to your Zendesk instance using read-only OAuth 2.0 permissions. It does not create, modify, or delete any data in your Zendesk account. The OAuth token is revoked immediately after the scan completes.

3. Eligibility

You must be authorised to grant read-only access to your organisation's Zendesk instance. By using this Service, you confirm that you have the necessary authority.

4. Health check results

The scores, risk flags, and recommendations provided are based on automated analysis of your configuration metadata. They are advisory in nature and should not be treated as a substitute for professional audit services. Results may vary depending on your Zendesk plan and which API endpoints are available.

5. Data handling

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Configuration snapshots are retained for 90 days. We do not access ticket content, customer personal data, or agent conversations.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability or uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kilted Consultant Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
